Is a deposit required?
Yes, a $300 refundable deposit is due at lease signing to secure your stay and reserve your dates.
What is included with the stay?
All properties are fully furnished and include utilities, WiFi, kitchen essentials, and in-unit laundry, along with starter essentials such as shower and laundry supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and basic spices to get you settled in.
